Our à la Carte cuisine

Our meals are also available for external guests 7 days a week between 12.00 and at least 21.00. We are aware that many of our guests are in Thuringia for the first time and thus want to try the renowned Thuringian cuisine.  
For this reason we offer a selection of freshly prepared dishes which changes daily and has a regional focus.
As well as Thuringian dishes, our kitchen team around chef Stephan Hädrich also offer fresh dishes from all over the culinary world.
